Tempo Post Frame
The edition for post-frame builders

Built for the people who
sell and build pole barns

Post-frame is its own business. Leads come in as a building size, quotes are priced by the building, and a job goes through permits, trusses and steel before a crew ever sets a post. TempoPF is Tempo with all of that built in. It was designed alongside We Build Structures, a working post-frame builder, so the defaults match how these jobs really run.

The building is the lead

Type "40x80 shop" and it becomes the project

A post-frame estimator asks two things first: what building, and where. TempoPF puts Project and Location on every lead, fills them from the first line you type, and shows them on every card, so nobody has to open the lead to know what it is.

  • "36×48 barn with lean-to" is read as the project, searchable and on the board.
  • Company, phone, town, budget and where the lead came from are picked out too.
  • Nothing is required. A name and a building size is enough to start.
Three pipelines, out of the box

Estimate it. Sell it. Build it.

Post-frame jobs pass through more hands than most. The estimator prices it, the salesperson closes it, and the crew builds it. TempoPF gives each of them a board, and the job moves between them without anyone re-typing it.

Requote is one column that shows on both the Estimation and Sales boards, so the estimator and the salesperson watch the same lead without handing it back and forth. Finished jobs file themselves by month, with the final contract value and every photo.

What is different

Post-frame defaults, not generic ones

Building sizes are the lead

Type "40x80 shop" or "36×48 barn with lean-to" and it becomes the project on the lead, searchable and on every card.

Project and location on every lead

The two things an estimator asks for first, filled from the first line and shown on the board.

Permits, trusses, steel, crew

Production stages that follow a post-frame job: permits and plans, materials ordered, scheduled, building, punch list.

From the pad to the ridge cap

Site photos at every stage, in order, on the job. The owner sees progress. The office has the record.

Quotes by the building

Contract value is confirmed when the lead is won and again when the job is finished, so reports show real numbers.

Same team, same logins

Sales and the crew lead work the same job on different boards. Every call and note carries the name of who did it.

Tempo or TempoPF?

Same app. Same price. Different starting point.

Both editions have every feature. The difference is what they are set up for on day one. Your admin can change any of it later, and a company can switch editions at any time.
