Tempo has one job: keep every lead answered and every job moving, with the record to prove it. Here is what your team will use every day.
Sales works the lead. When the customer signs, one click moves the job to the production board and your crew lead takes it from there. When the job is done, it files itself under the month it finished.
Job value, days on the job and every photo, kept for the record.
Stage names and colors are yours to change. These are the defaults most shops start with. TempoPF starts with post-frame ones.
Today shows the leads nobody has called yet, the follow-ups that are overdue, what is due today, and the jobs that have gone quiet. A live timer sits on every new lead so the oldest one is always at the top.
Paste the web form, the voicemail, or what you wrote on the back of a quote. Tempo picks out the name, phone, email, job type, address, budget and where the lead came from, shows you what it found, and warns you before you create the same customer twice.
Not in somebody's phone. Drag a file onto the lead, paste a screenshot, or tap Add on your phone and take the photo right there. Every attachment shows who added it and when, and it follows the job from the sales board through production to the finished record.
Nancy confirmed the HOA approved the color. Crew still on for Monday.
Left a message about the start date.
Every call, text, email, meeting, note, stage move, price change, assignment and attachment is logged with the date, the time and the name of the person on your team who did it. When a customer says "your guy told me", you can see which guy, and what he actually said.
Tempo is a web app that fits a phone screen. Tap a lead to call or text, add photos from the camera, set the next step, and move a job to the next stage from the tailgate. No app store, no update to install, and the same data as the desk in the office.
Phone and email are live links. The call gets logged when you hang up.
Add opens the camera on a phone. The photo lands on the job in seconds.
Every lead shows the next move and its date at the top of the card.
Your team sees each other's updates within seconds, on any device.
Open leads and dollars by stage, so you know what is quoted and what is stuck.
Typical first response time, and how many leads got a call inside your target.
Signed work by stage, and the typical days from contract to finished.
Calls, messages, meetings, first contacts and response time for each person.
Website, referral, Facebook, yard sign, home show: leads, wins and win rate for each.
Dollars won, average job size, win rate, and the reasons you lost.
Your company gets its own account and its own admin login. Nobody outside your company can see a lead, a photo or a note. Your admin adds and removes people as they join and leave, and every action carries the name of the person who did it.
You get an account, an admin login and a temporary password. Sign in once and choose your own.
From the Team page, add a person with a name and an email. They get a first-time password, and you can reset it any time.
Remove someone and their login stops working right away. Everything they logged stays on the record with their name.
Tell us about your shop and we will set up your account, usually the same business day.
